Overview

The JUKI RX-7R is a high-speed modular mounter designed for the rapid placement of small components during the smt machine for pcb assembly . It is capable of handling both M-size boards (250mm × 330mm) and larger L-size boards (420mm × 450mm) simultaneously, without altering the machine's footprint, thus doubling the productivity for L-size board production.

2. Simultaneous Production of Two L-Size Boards: The RX-7R can produce two L-size boards (420mm × 450mm) at the same time, effectively doubling the production output.

3. Lead Component Coplanarity Check Function: In addition to the traditional chip coplanarity check, the RX-7R can also perform coplanarity checks for lead components, ensuring the correct orientation and placement of components.

4. Low Impact Placement Capability: The machine features a two-stage descent and ascent speed for the H-axis during placement, reducing the impact force when components contact the board, which is beneficial for soft boards with significant flex.

5. High-Speed Production: The RX-7R achieves an optimal placement rate of 75,000 CPH (Chip Placements per Hour) under the best conditions.

6. Compact Design with a Width of 998mm: The compact design allows for a high production rate per unit area, making it space-efficient.

7. Wide Range of Component Handling: The P16S head can place components ranging from 0.3mm × 0.15mm to 5mm in size and up to 3mm in height, while the P8 head can handle components from 0.6mm × 0.3mm to 25mm in size and up to 10.5mm in height.

Additional Capabilities

• The RX-7R also includes features such as automatic tape cutting, electric component feeding stations, and feeders that automatically correct for component placement errors to ensure synchronized pickup and improve production efficiency.
